With this emulator you can play the original Blu-ray or Blu - ray copy , you can also play games from the ISO ( disk image ) If you have experience with other emulators you can easily use PSeMu3 .Simply drag and drop the game in the emulator . " Exe" and the game will automatically run or by opening the emulator go to File > Open > and point it to your game if you use Blu - ray only select " From Blu - ray " is not From File . Due to legal issues we can not add files to the PS3 Bios emulator , you can download separately . If you want to download games ( blue - ray ) discs you can use torrent sites like thepiratebay etc. .

 1. Download and extract the emulator
